Milind Soman Fitness Mantra: 330 KM in 3 Days! Milind Soman Proves Age Is Just A Number

Milind Soman Fitness Mantra: How does he stay super fit even at the age of 59?

Laziness Is The Real Enemy, Says Milind Soman

Milind Soman, who became an iconic name of the 90s with ‘Made in India’, is still as energetic and grounded at the age of 59. When Hindustan Times asked him about his fitness journey, he said a simple but powerful thing: “Laziness is the biggest challenge.”

He said, “I don’t like getting up early in the morning, but it is important to move to become more energetic.” He believes that if you break the blocks in your mind, anything is possible.

10 Minute Workout, But the Result is Full Power!

You will be surprised to know that Milind Soman only does a 10-12 minute workout daily. No heavy gym, no extreme routine—just consistency and discipline.

His workouts include:

  • Running (barefoot too!)
  • Walking
  • Cycling

He recently covered a 330 km journey in 3 days as part of the #FitIndianRun initiative—and he called it the “most fulfilling” experience of his life.

Natural Diet, No Fads – Real Food Is The Key

Milind Soman’s diet plan is also simple and natural like him. Neither keto, nor paleo—just home food, that too fresh and minimally processed.

Milind Soman’s Daily Diet Routine:

  • Morning: Water + Fruits & Nuts
  • Lunch: Rice/Roti + Dal + Sabzi + 1 spoon ghee
  • Dinner: Early & Light – Khichdi or sautéed vegetables
  • Occasional: A little meat
  • Avoids: Processed and packaged food completely

He believes that real food nourishes the body, and diet should not be a punishment.

Mind + Body = Balance Is The Real Fitness

Milind focuses not only on physical health, but also on mental peace. He listens to his body—he rests when needed, and never puts unnecessary pressure on himself.

He says: “Fitness is not a goal, it’s a way of life.”

And because of this balanced lifestyle, he still looks young, strong and energetic.

Conclusion: Fitness can be simple—just remove laziness

Milind Soman’s journey is a reminder that to stay fit, you don’t need an expensive gym or a fancy diet—you just need a strong mindset, a little movement, and the magic of real food.

If you also want to achieve your fitness goals, then think like Milind—simple, natural and consistent. And stop making excuses, focus on your fitness and you will be able to do something only if you have a healthy life. If the body is not right and there are diseases in it, then all the sleep will remain incomplete.
